Steve Neville
Steve is a Structural Investigation Engineer with 17 years’ industry experience working in Civil Engineering. Steve is currently an EngTech member of Institute of Civil Engineers and working toward CEng with the ICE. Over the past 15 years he has specialised in both bridge/building investigations and testing works for the Civil Engineering industry.
Steve has project managed and supervised the investigation and materials sampling of many structures across the UK and Europe with particular expertise in reinforced, pre-stressed and post-tensioned structures. He has considerable experience working hands on and managing investigation teams collectively on a diverse range of projects.
Steve has a particular interest in keeping up to date with current technologies in his field, and how these can assist with structural investigation including Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Ultra-Sonic scanning of concrete.
Moreover, Steve’s experience includes the management of a number of notable large scale post tensioned investigations. Steve’s involvement and experience of working with clients at the initial concept stage of projects ensure they are planned appropriately and the best methods are adopted.

Ryan Wallace
Ryan is a highly skilled Structural Investigation Engineer with 13 years industry experience working in Civil Engineering. Over the last 10 years he has specialised in both bridge/building investigations and testing works for the Civil Engineering industry.
Ryan is a member of the Institute of Concrete Technology (MICT), holds a BEng Honours Degree in Civil Engineering and an MSc Master’s Degree in Advanced Concrete Technology. His technical work experience includes specialising in structural investigations around the UK and overseas, which in turn, has enabled him to gain extensive project management experience through large scale investigations/testing including post tensioned structures contracts for both public and private bodies as well as drafting/reviewing subsequent technical reports.
Moreover, Ryan has been involved in the implementation and monitoring of numerous static and dynamic load tests to structural elements. His wide-ranging experience includes the inspection of various forms of buildings/bridges such as masonry, steel structures, cast/wrought iron structures, reinforced concrete, timber elements and post tensioned structures.
Throughout Ryan’s career, he has been extensively involved with large scale projects and aims to further develop the business by continuing to create strong and trustworthy relationships with clients.
Ryan has gained a vast amount of experience on-site throughout his career and exercises a hands-on approach to projects which includes, but is not limited to, the undertaking of rope access inspections for challenging access structures.
